| All Users who contribute to Local Business Watch are bound by these terms and conditions. Failure to abide by the terms laid out may result in removal of any content submitted, and deletion of the User's account.
Users must not submit profane, abusive, or inflammatory content. We reserve the right to edit or delete any content that we deem unsuitable for any reason. We also reserve the right to delete a User's account, and ban the User's IP from taking any further part in Local Business Watch. There is no process of appeal for action taken by Local Business Watch.
If a business owner or representative has cause for complaint against any content on Local Busines Watch, they should contact us explaining the situation. We will investigate and, if we deem it appropriate, edit or remove the offending content. Negative reviews, poor ratings or critisism are not grounds for complaint.
By using and/or placing online any content, including ratings and/or comments, or the content they contain, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Local Business Watch reserves the right to update the terms and conditions as necessary. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. |
